This is something us young people can do to help make the world a little better. We can start/buy businesses and turn them into employee-owned co-ops. I would love to work for a co-op where every person who works for the business shares the profits equally and shares in business decisions that affect how much the company makes. It's not my ideal view of the world, but it's a big step in the right direction. No entitled bosses hoarding the majority of the profit created by the workers.
Your boss does not actually deserve to collect the fruits of your labor and toss you some leftover scraps. You deserve the fruits of your labor.
