Brock Turner Judge Gave Child Porn Collector 4 Days in Jail

Remember the judge who gave the Stanford rapist six months in jail for maliciously raping a woman behind a dumpster for several minutes? Apparently, months before that atrocity, he gave a man convicted of possessing child pornography four days in jail. He was released after one. And the judge promised to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor if the sicko served his probation without incident.

Trigger warning for a brief description of one very, very disturbing child porn image:

Stanford Rape Judge Aaron Persky Gave Sex Offender Robert James Chain Minimal Sentence For Child Pornography

The maximum sentence for this crime is three years in prison. Even this is minimal considering that child porn collectors fuel an industry that requires the sexual abuse and violation of children.

The article is full of further examples of Persky being lenient on white offenders, including other sex offenders, yet he's been hard on nearly identical offenders of color. And he's still on the bench!

If he isn't forced to step down soon, I may lose all hope in humanity. Again.
