Hey, women have been saying this for a buttload of years, but maybe now that a man has said it, you'll fucking listen. Trigger warning for ableist language and mention of a serial rapist.

Men Just Don't Trust Women. And This Is A Problem.

But you know what I don’t really trust? What I’ve never actually trusted with any women I’ve been with? Her feelings.
If she approaches me pissed about something, my first reaction is “What’s wrong?”
My typical second reaction? Before she even gets the opportunity to tell me what’s wrong? “She’s probably overreacting.”
My typical third reaction? After she expresses what’s wrong? “Ok. I hear what you’re saying, and I’ll help. But whatever you’re upset about probably really isn’t that serious.”

This is how I've been treated all my life, mostly by men. But also by women. It gets so bad that we assume each other are overreacting to everything.

This despite the fact that men have started numerous wars over personal slights and family grudges, and send death threats over video games.

And this is why, if you ever tell my I'm overreacting to anything, in any situation, I will write you off with enthusiasm.
